Adult fiction, clear boundaries.
These terms set the baseline for using After Dark Stories in jurisdictions where adult AI fiction is lawful. They should be reviewed by counsel before commercial launch.

Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to access adult fiction in your location. Do not use the service if adult content is unlawful for you.
AI-generated fiction transparency
Story drafts may be generated with an AI model selected by the application operator. AI output can be inaccurate, repetitive, or unexpected. The service is for fictional adult writing, not factual, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice.
Prohibited use
- No minors, child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, or age-ambiguous sexual content.
- No non-consensual sexual content involving real people, private images, impersonation, doxxing, stalking, or harassment.
- No illegal content, instructions for harm, trafficking, coercion, blackmail, or content that violates another person's rights.
- No attempts to bypass authentication, scrape private content, abuse reporting systems, or access admin/privacy tools without permission.
Moderation and reporting
The operator may restrict, remove, unpublish, or investigate content or accounts where necessary for safety, legal compliance, privacy, security, or misuse review. Private story access by operators should remain exceptional and logged through break-glass controls.
Reports may be submitted through the Acknowledgement & Contact form. Configure DSA_CONTACT_EMAIL before EU production launch if an email point of contact is required.
